Sub-C’s musical journey from punk rock and metal to electronic music is a testament to
the DIY-mentality he brings to the table. Having played in a punk band in his town’s local
scene, he decided to move to Amsterdam where he discovered electronic music. The rich
electronic scene inspired Sub-C to start DJing which soon became his passion.
Far from his gritty roots, Sub-C takes listeners on a dynamic genre-transcending journey. Psychedelic, trancy soundscapes interweave with energetic and maximalist psytrance and minimalist breakbeat, creating an energetic and emotional sonic voyage.
On the dancefloor, his raw, emotive, and psychedelic soundscapes cast a mesmerizing spell on the audience, making each performance unique and captivating.
When Sub-C isn’t spinning together beats at radios, venues, or dancefloors, he channels his passion into contributing to the electronic scene as head of the psychedelic collective @moerasa. Giving back the inspiration he received when he first stepped onto the dancefloor, Sub-C helps cultivate the energy that transformed him by fostering a space where creativity and musical exploration flourish
