Solock

Solock is a 23 year old DJ from Nicaragua, currently based in Popoyo. His sound is shaped by his Latin roots, which he blends with UK influenced electronic music, moving through garage, house, percussive and emotional textures. Through his sets, he aims to share electronic music that carries the feeling of where he comes from keeping it rhythmic, dynamic, and easy to connect with on the dancefloor. He is currently a resident at Popoyo Secret, where he continues to grow and connect with both local and international crowds. Alongside other DJs and producers, he co-founded Radio Casa Blanca a project that shows how, even with limited resources in Popoyo, it’s possible to share quality music, highlight local artists, and create a different kind of sound where people can truly be themselves.
