Jazzy Roots (Alexa Strange & The Ripped)

Jazzy Roots is a project formed by DJs and producers Alexa Strange (Colombia) and The Ripped (Chile), focused on the exploration, fusion, and dissemination of diverse musical styles from around the world, presented exclusively in vinyl format. Its proposal encompasses a broad sonic spectrum that includes Jazz, Latin music, Soul, Roots, Trip Hop, Swing, Cosmic Dub, Blues, Oldies, Lo-Fi, Boogie, classics from the 1950s and 1960s, Nu Jazz, Italo-Disco, Rhythm & Blues, sounds from the 1980s and 1990s, Experimental Downtempo, among many other genres that are difficult to categorize and rich in history. Each session builds a carefully curated and elegantly mixed musical narrative, creating an immersive experience that connects with the audience from beginning to end, always maintaining a distinctive and sophisticated smooth touch.
