Ilius

Ilius is a Lithuanian DJ/radio host currently based in Amsterdam, a resident of Radio Vilnius and a former curator of Secret Thirteen magazine. Coming from the goth/post-punk background and later on embracing EBM, electro and Detroit influences, he tends to balance between the dark, the groovy and the emotional. The coldwaves from the Baltics and Eastern/Mid Europe, experimental synth fringes, future nostalgia and forgotten cassette gems can also be expected. No single genre, just adventurous explorations of sounds, stories both seen and unseen. Ilius’ also did shows on such prominent platforms as NTS, Red Light Radio, Operator, Radio TNP, Cashmere Radio, Palanga Street Radio, Radio Alhara, Future Intel.
