Tied Together -08 w/ Bevan & Guus Christian

Tied Together is a monthly radio show here on Operator hosted by Bevan and a bi-monthly club night at De Schietclub in Amsterdam. The radio show as the title suggests will encompass the wide range of Bevan's musical influences all the way from the 90's garage and deep house sound that first tempted him to start DJing through to early influences of R&B, hip-hop, disco and soul. Along the way he will give context on labels, artists and producers who are always in heavy rotation on his speakers at home as well as in his sets, from the relatively obscure to stone-cold classics. Throughout the series of shows he will be joined by guests who are invited to share their musical influences whilst explaining how certain records tied together the loose ends in their musical journey.
