In this show I invite artists, designers and researchers to explore notions of home and heritage through artistic manifestations of sounds and visions. In this episode, I'm joined by Lilly Alexandra, a designer from Bonaire and Curaçao whose work moves between object, story, and memory. Fresh from graduating at Design Academy Eindhoven, Lilly crafts pieces guided by oral histories and collective memories. Over the next hour, we follow these threads into what she calls speculative memory reconstruction: a practice of imagining what was lost, through fact and fiction.
